Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, contact me within 10 days after receiving your item so we can promptly discuss how to make you happy! My work makes me happy, I want it to make you happy as well :)
To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please also provide the receipt, order number, account name, or other proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and email me within 10 days (with a photo) if the item is defective/damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order was lost or damaged in the mail, please let me know!
